This project was to use a black and white photo and colorize it with Photoshop staying true to the color hues in the black and white version. I based my colors off the hues I saw in the black and white and my knowledge of color palettes common in media in the 1950s. I took the project further and created this mockup to bring the work to life.
This project was to create a Netflix title card using a name created from a title generator. I chose to do a fantasy genre and was given the title of the Rebel of The Broken Banner. The type was designed to emphasize the urgency and drama of the title. The r in rebel was crafted to be a banner and the word broken with distressed letters to give visual meaning to the words. The cover was designed using multiple images photoshopped together to create a dramatic and daunting layout.
